Resolved

A server mis-configuration, combined with a small traffic increase, caused a number of our servers to reach capacity. We've fixed the configuration issues across all the servers and we're back to full capacity. We'll be making changes to prevent the mis-configuration issue from reoccurring in the future.

We've identified the problem and rolled out a fix. We're monitoring the situation to ensure all requests, builds and agents are operating reliably, and working on fixing the root cause.
