Error rates have now resolved. We apologise for this unexpected interruption. This failover was planned for an upcoming maintenance window (https://www.buildkitestatus.com/incidents/xpz1bc85gbjw), however the failover was triggered earlier than planned by another change intended to prepare for the maintenance window.

We've identified the elevated error rates being caused by a database failover. The failover has now completed and we are seeing error rates return to normal.
