Scheduled maintenance has now been completed. There was a slight delay with webhooks which extended the maintenance window out by 30 minutes, which was due to making every effort to run webhooks in the order they were received. These have all been processed and webhooks are now being processed as expected.

We'll be upgrading our database on Sunday 15th December 2019 between 10am-11am AEST (Saturday 14th December 11pm - midnight UTC).
We expect up to 15 minutes of downtime during this window. During those 15 minutes the Dashboard and APIs will be unavailable and new build jobs will not be scheduled on agents. Running build jobs should run to completion, but results will be delayed until the agent's retry behaviour successfully contacts the API.
Webhooks from Github and other source control tools will be queued and processed when the upgrade is complete.
