Build jobs showing "This step has no assigned agents"

We deployed a bug in our new build pipeline configuration form today which prevented a small number of build jobs from being run, instead showing an error "This step has no assigned agents". The bug affected projects created or updated between 6:10AM UTC and 12:10PM UTC. The bug has now been fixed and you can safely re-build any affected builds.
